feat: opus as library codec

the library is vorbis right now because ffmpeg 9 drops tags on opus and can't attach cover art to ogg at all. so opus would need the opustags binary and still couldn't carry a picture. the opus path is still in there but only works with opustags installed. worth finishing properly, eventually
